is a CEDR trained Registered Mediator. Since 1999 he has mediated

none commercial matters. Peter is a Barrister and Chartered Arbitrator
in independent practice specialising in construction matters. He
is also a Chartered Builder and Chartered Surveyor.

Malcolm
R Hacking – LLB
(Hons) London Malcolm, Solicitor, Arbitrator, Adjudicator and CEDR Accredited Mediator,
receives referrals from a number of nominated bodies including the C.I.Arb,
TeCSA, Law Society (for Arbitration work), AMM, ANN and others. His first
career was in building, civil engineering and engineering services. Head
of the Dispute Resolution Department of his firm for nearly 30 years,
he has considerable Mediation experience. |

Maz is a practising barrister, mediator, independent mortgage advisor
and runs a property business. He was appointed by the DCA as Manchester
Mediation Scheme Mediation Advisor. Panel memberships include Association
of Northern Mediators, Association of Midland Mediators and the Manchester
Law Society Panel. Maz features in the Bar Council List of Barrister
Mediators and is a Civil Mediation Council member. |
